Medical Volunteer Opportunities
Become a Washington State Community Health Volunteer
As the Co-founder and Director of Programs for local nonprofit, Guatemala Village Health, Dr. Jennifer Hoock leads teams on trips to Guatemala twice per year. They provide clinical care, health worker training, and health education, and work in conjunction with our local nursing team and the Ministry of Health. Team members pay their own expenses, but Guatemala Village Health handles everything once they get to Guatemala. Trips are usually 2 weeks and they will have a March/October schedule this coming year. You can learn more at www.GuatemalaVillageHealth.org.
